3-Frame Extractor with Filter and Honey Tank

High quality Italian extractor is made of food quality stainless steel with a perforated conic bottom to allow extracted honey to drain down into the filter and storage tank below.  The extractor is fitted with plastic covers to stop honey escaping during extraction, and also uses strong metal gears closed inside a protective cover. The honey tank holds 50kg of honey.  The top extractor tank easily comes apart from the bottom honey holding tank for ease of cleaning and storage of honey.  The top of the honey storage tank has a built-in stainless steel filter so that the honey is automatically filtered during extraction.

Extractor Handle and Bearing

Build your own inexpensive honey extractor with this handle and nylon bearing.  These parts can be used to make a 2-frame, 3-frame or 4-frame extractor.  The nylon bearing fits at the bottom of the extractor and is used to centre the spindle and cage that holds the frames.  The nylon bearing comes with a stainless steel ball bearing to allow the spindle to rotate more smoothly.

Gearing in the handle is made of metal.  Handle comes in two sizes:

·         Distance between mounting holes: 520mm +/- 20mm

·         Distance between mounting holes: 370mm +/- 20mm

This stainless steel honey filter makes filtering fresh honey a breeze.  Fitted with adjustable arms to fit over any width of honey container, the strainer consists of two filters - one coarse to eliminate larger wax particles and bee parts, the finer filter sits underneath and filters out all the smaller wax particles.  Diameter of filter is 24cm, diameter of arms when fully extended is 38cm.
