Uncaping Knife, Serrated

A lighter quality 28cm, uncapping knife with wooden handle which has a serrated edge for easy removal of the wax cover over a frame of honey prior to extraction.  For best use, heat the knife in very hot water immediately prior to use to melt the wax when cutting.

N.B.  Ensure knife is dry prior to uncapping as water can spoil your honey
